We make every effort to ensure that all promotional information supplied is accurate, but mistakes sometimes happen. We expressly disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage occasioned by the user’s reliance on any statements, information or advice contained in Canolfan Porthceri Centre print, on the website or any other promotional material generated by the organisation.
We reserve the right to alter or vary any performance or event due to events or circumstances beyond our control without being obliged to refund monies or change tickets. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If an event has to be cancelled our liability to you is limited to a refund of the ticket price that you paid.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to any event if in our absolute judgement your conduct is such that it is likely to disrupt or disturb other persons attending the event. We also reserve the right to terminate your permission to be on the event premises.
All tickets are subject to availability.
Every member of the audience must be in possession of a valid ticket. Altered or defaced tickets will not be valid.
Tickets can be bought from our website using Paypal, or from our local outlets.
Locally bought tickets
When buying tickets locally, you should check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
Payment in local outlets is limited to cash.
Buying tickets from our website
You may buy tickets from our website using your credit card or your Paypal account. Note that the payment is handled entirely by Paypal – we do not handle your credit card details at any time.
Tickets are bought on the basis of “collect on the door”. You should bring a copy of your Paypal receipt when attending the event.
Confirmation of receipt of your order by e-mail does not guarantee the ticket sale. (This clause is intended only to protect us from fraudulent use of our website.)
